Once order has been placed and confirmed before 2pm, we immediately ship items within the day. Shipping will take 1-2 days Metro Manila Areas, 2-4 days Provincial Areas.
Orders place after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
Shipping and handling is through second hand couriers, but tracking numbers will be provided to you once package is shipped.

We check items as much as we could in our warehouse before shipping.
Damages due to couriers negligence is not acceptable.
Once you received a defective item, please contact us through email and send us a picture or a video where we can see the damage part. Our customer representative will get in touch to you immediately for confirmation. Our customer representative will send you the return address where you can ship back the item. We will check your item.
We will give you the option of replacement or full refund for confirmed defective items.
Change of mind is not applicable.
